You’ll also need olive oil, garlic cloves and fresh grated asiago or parmesan cheese. The ingredients for the dough are simple. Bake for 30 minutes in dutch oven with the lid on, and then an additional 20 minutes with the lid off.Let rise in bowl on counter for 1 hour or until dough is at room temperature again.Let dough rise on the counter for 2 hours, then in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.Set them to the side to add to your bread dough!
